"Just want to say a big ‘Thank you’
for the service you provided on my recent bike hire
for Donington. The whole process of arranging the
hire was made so easy and completely free of worry
or anxiety by your manner and efficiency. I couldn’t
believe it when you texted me the garage location
before 7 a.m.
This was the 4th occasion I have hired a bike for a track day but the first from Smallboy
and it was by far the most satisfying of them. All the bikes you provided for me and the
other customers were really well turned out and a credit to your business. You and Neill
made everyone feel welcome and comfortable in the garage and you were very efficient at
sorting out all our bikes. And our brew and biscuits.
Thanks again to you and your dad for a great day. I hope to see you up at Oulton before too long."

"If you are looking to hire a track
bike then smallboy bikes is the team to use!! What
a FANTASTIC COMPANY!!!.
A massive thank you to Matt and Charlotte who just
made my day so special. My wife book the track day
for my birthday and apparently after phoning many
firms and being put off, she then rung small boy
bikes who from the first phone call, filled my wife
with confidence, made it hassle free, and most importantly
was very friendly & helpful as this was my first
track day.
Then onto the pits and track, the bikes were already
set up in the pits ready with tyre warmers etc.
All that was left was to set the bike up to my riding
style which they were happy to do and make adjustments
throughout the day. As well as keeping busy with
the bikes, matt even found time to make sure the
other rider and I were happy out on the track. He
offered loads of advice throughout the day and even
went out on the track with us, to follow our riding
style then offered to go out in front so we could
follow him with his years of expertise, all at our
request!..........So not only do you get a fantastic
race bike you also get one to one tuition throughout
the day at no extra cost! Once again a massive thank
you, at making my track day very special, now you
have helped me get over the first track day nerves
you will definitely be seeing me again!!Thank you!!"

"We used two of Matt’s Suzuki GXR-600s
for a long weekend at Portimao. Matt and Charlotte
really looked after us, providing both excellent
service and consistently friendly faces. The bikes
were immaculately maintained, with tyres, suspension,
brakes and fuelling all tip-top right from the start.
We even had a set of wets provided when some miserable
weather came along. We very much enjoyed having
the Smallboy “pit crew” looking after us after each
session, handling the paddock stands, fuel and tyre
warmers. Matt’s professionalism really shone through
when we (okay, my mate Keith) had a little tumble.
Matt focused on getting the bike up-and-running
again at exceptionally reasonable costs, allowing
us to continue with one of the best biking weekends
we’ve ever had. Recommended."
