Due to the nature of the sport the bike may be damaged whilst riding on the circuit as a result of a fall, collision, etc.

There is no deposit required on the bikes. We have a damage liability policy up to a maximum of £400. No money is taken unless any damage occurs to the bike. The repair cost will be taken from the card which the original payment occured unless an alternative method of payment can be arranged.

Alot of Hire companies retain the full deposit should only damage to a footpeg or even a lever occur, we believe this is an expensive premium and have developed a part costing system as a more suitable alternative.

To make things easier we have introduced a "Parts replacement-costing list". This will enable the customer to see the cost of the individual parts without confusion. The maximum cost of damages is £400 and no payment will be made above this sum no matter what severity of the damage.

The terms are that if the customer has a minor off and just damages pegs/levers, etc., only the cost of the replacement parts will be required. An indemnity form will be signed prior to the bike hire to agree to the costing of replacement parts and that payment will be made by the customer should the bike be damaged in any way.

The customers damage liability is limited to the value of £400 as stated above. We will endeavour to make any machine available for use following any incident to enable you to continue riding for the remainder of the day. Should a repair not be possible then you will be unable to continue to ride.
